"Easy install for a great price". We bought 5 of these fans. We saw a lot of ridiculous reviews so I felt obligated to give a review so others would actually understand this fan. And, individually remote controlled even when 2 fans are in the same room.

At any rate, these really are great fans and that is coming from folks who have traditionally done Hunter and Hampton Bay because of brand names. We have never heard of Harbor Breeze but we were willing to try them for the great price given we were looking for 5 of them. I had been looking for over 1 week, hunting for a fan that incorporates a remote control receiver into the body of the fan and I found it with this Pawtucket. The remote receiver was pre- installed on the bracket and you simply plugged it in to the rest of the wires.

Installation was very simple and the design as well as the instructions for installation was well thought out to make it easy to install. I was a little apprehensive initially because the price was pretty low, but the fan appeared to be of quality construction and was up without stress in just under 2 hours. I turned it on and the remote, the light dimmer and the speeds worked perfectly with no wobble, no adjustments needed.

After you turn the power back on, you press the "on" button on the remote, then you press the other control buttons for light and fan speed. Easiest time ever I've had installing a ceiling fan.
